I have waited about as long as I could before posting this because I always felt this would end OK, but in light of what has happened today I feel the need
to post this.
I had sent $80 to Joeycars for a complete set of KMart cars about a month and some change ago, the cars were to be sent out the following week. After a few
weeks I PMd asking if the cars were sent to which JC said yes.......I have continued to check on the parcel each week, JC still insists he sent them, but has
failed to provide a tracking number. Last week I filed a claim with paypal and they found in my favor. Now that it is time for the refund to be paid JC's
account had about $34 in it so my refund wasn't even half.
I have asked JC to please return the rest of my $, and his reply is for me to drop my claim so he can add more funds to his account. Unless I am mistaken
paypal only puts restrictions on money withdrawn from the account not $ going into it.....so he should easily be able to repay me in full.
The fact that he never provided a tracking number, has emptied his account (to dodge the refund), and has asked me to drop the claim (which I won't
do....hey, it's my only chance to get the rest of my $ back) has lead to my posting negative feedback on his account.
Be mindful when dealing with him.
