Every time I race, somewhere in the first lap I always get a burst of lag, going on anywhere from 3 seconds to 12 seconds! I usually end up spinning off the
track, knocking about 5 seconds of my time!!! What should I do?

Always take the sharp turns easy if you can.

Oooh...
That's hard for me. My technique/favoured option is to blast it out, full on. Slam down the throttle. Switch on the boost. Slip into 6th gear. To put it simpe, I don't brake. O_o I have, however, been trying to change my method by playing the Cars Video Games a lot, and trying to slow down. As a matter of fact, I just played Cars Mater-National, and did the Fillmore's Nature Reserve road race. In the third lap, I took the first shorcut like a dream. So that means I am getting better. Still, I need to improve this method, and taking Sharp Turns easy is going to be hard for me. But I'll try. In spite of all this, that probably won't help the infuriating, exasperating lag I get. Hopefully I'll find the answer...
