well i was optimistic to find the 3 pack story tellers and final lap cars at target today but it seems that they're not putting out anything or someone is getting them ahead of me. i need mater's cousins, the motorama girls, bubba and mater and practically the whole nine of the final lap cars.

Speedway of the South video board and track

Well, my attempt at the Speedway of the South video board and track didn't turn out too bad so I thought I would share this with everyone. Santa brought this for my son on Christmas. It could have been a little better, but for a playset it is perfect. Thank you to many of you that helped me secure all the crew chief's, pitty's and race cars. In total, the set featured 12 cars, 6 pits, and a few "fans".

Cars Should Be Everywhere!

Does anyone else hate exclusives? I do! The only store in my town is Wal-Mart. I hate it that there are cars that are only available in a certain store. Like: Final Lap cars- Target, Storytellers- Target, Team 4 packs- Target, Luigi's Cassa Della Tires- TRU, Lizzie's Curios Shop- TRU, and the Sarge's Bootcamp 5 pack- TRU. I miss out on most of these cars.

Color Changer Cars Are Awsome

For Christmas, I received 4 color changer cars: Lightning Mcqueen, Sarge, Yellow Ramone, and Dinoco Chick Hicks. The good thing about them is that they change to their different color when cold. Thats good because I only really like them in a different color, but Mcqueen changes when hot.

My Target stopped carrying Final Laps.

I'm not trying to be melodramatic, but seriously. My TGT got exactly one case of Final Laps when they first came out. It barely even made it to the pegs. Since then, the have pegs remained utterly empty, and I recently commented here that they might as well take the pegs down.
